A thought, before it gets away.
01 / YOU SAY

“Actually, can we move
the catch-up to Friday?”

02 / YOUR WORDSStill yours to edit

Can we move the
catch-up to Friday?

Review. Refine. Ready.
You have the last word.

Less typing.
More you.

The message on the way out.
The idea before a meeting.
The note you don't want to lose.

DictaPilot is a voice-input companion for everyday writing. Start dictation deliberately, turn speech into text, then review and edit it in your own flow.

Your usual keyboard stays. The decision to send stays with you.

  1. 01

    A thought.

Tap to start. Say what you mean. Dictation begins when you choose.

  2. 02

    Your words.

Use Original or a lighter tidy. Add your own words and terminology.

  3. 03

    Your call.

Review, edit, then insert or copy. You decide what happens next.

From “um…”
to you.

Pick a thought. See a sample tidy.
Then change the words yourself.

THE SPOKEN THOUGHT

“Um, just checking, can we move our catch-up to Friday? Same time, actually make it three.”

Your voice.

A few good questions

Before
you ask.

Can I download DictaPilot today?

Android and Windows are in private beta. Public downloads are not available on this website yet. You can contact us about the beta below.

Is this an always-listening assistant?

No. You explicitly start a recording. Focusing a field does not start dictation, and DictaPilot does not send your messages automatically.

Does my audio leave my device?

That depends on your selected recognition mode. Offline recognition runs on the device. Cloud recognition sends the recording to a speech provider with your explicit consent. The app explains the mode before use.

How will pricing work?

We're developing prepaid, usage-based credits. The aim is to pay for what you use, with the credit award and usage rate shown before purchase. Public commercial pricing is not available yet, and this website accepts no payments.

Can my organisation or website use it?

That's the direction of the API work. Personal and organisation accounts, member roles, permissions and wallets are kept separate. Production API access is still in development.

What about iPhone or Mac?

We are exploring future platform support. There is no iPhone or Mac release available today.

Good things begin with a conversation.
