This notice covers the public DictaPilot marketing website. The private beta apps and future customer API have separate data handling and consent flows.

The interactive example

The examples use prewritten text. The page does not request microphone access, transcribe speech or call a speech provider. Your edits remain in this page's memory; they are not sent to us, written to browser storage or saved when you reload. Preview message shows text locally and sends nothing.

Website visits

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Serving and securing the website involves processing connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information under Cloudflare's service arrangements. We have not installed marketing analytics, advertising trackers or a customer login on this website. We do not set application cookies for the demonstration.

Contacting us

The contact link opens your email app. If you choose to send an email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your enquiry. Avoid including recordings, credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. Email handling is separate from the website's local demonstration.

Private beta apps

In the apps, offline and cloud recognition have different data flows. Cloud recognition uploads audio to a speech provider with explicit consent. Recent recovery sessions and personal notes have their own local retention rules. Read the notice and choices supplied with your beta build before use; this website's local-only example is not a promise that cloud dictation remains on your device.
